An amazing bird formation

I want to thank our morning producer, Mimi, for sending me this one!  I have no information -- where this video was shot, what kinds of birds these are, etc -- but it's cool to watch.

    Totally cool video. I've seen much smaller versions of the phenomenon...but never anything on that kind of scale. Thanx for sharing.

    One of our viewers, Susan, writes that she believes these are starlings.

    When I lived in Western KY, the starlings would do that. Not quite as large a batch but still impressive.

    You can see that around here, mainly in the winter. Around here it would be a flock of grackles, starlings, or blackbirds being attacked by a hawk.
