North Carolina native and “My Name is Earl” star Jaime Pressly and her fashion line, J’Aime Productions, are being sued.
In the lawsuit, filed Monday, and posted on TMZ, clothing wholesaler Tami Smith said she made a deal with Pressly to “represent and market” the J’Aime fashion line in several states.
Smith said in February, less than six months into the term of agreement, Pressley and her company terminated the agreement.
Smith is suing for nearly $150,000 in back commissions.
Pressly, 30, was born in Kinston, N.C.
