Ben Folds performs at Koka Booth

North Carolina native Ben Folds returned to the state last night playing a show at Cary’s Koka Booth Amphitheater. During the show Folds mentioned having lunch at Pepper’s Pizza in Chapel Hill early in the day (and finding his picture on the wall there) and thanked the Cat’s Cradle for helping to give him his start. Fold’s father was also at the show, being helped across the stage at one point to make a brief appearance for the crowd.
