    Very cool! It's almost a better view than when I was there, because it was packed with people!

    @charlesboyer: I was able to sneaked 3 shots from my camera when I went there a few years back. It's worth the dare and no carabanieri or no guard stopped me.

    Just remember that if you visit the Sistine Chapel in person, you are not allowed to take photos. First, the curators do not want to risk any flash photos damaging the frescoes and secondly, there are copyright issues that do not allow it after a restoration in the 1980s.
