— A Pikeville man faces two counts of larceny by an employee in connection with the theft of nearly $12,000 worth of copper wire belonging to AT&T early this week.

Christopher Wayne Tyndall, 42, of 1281 Capps Bridge Road, was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Wayne County jail under a $11,000 bond.
