<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — An elderly woman was sexually assaulted inside her Fayetteville home early Sunday morning.

An unknown man entered the woman's home off the 6000 block of Yadkin Road, burglarized the residence and assaulted the woman, Fayetteville police said. The woman was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and was last listed in good condition, police said.

No further information was immediately available.
