Elderly man killed in Durham fire
One man was killed Saturday afternoon in a fire at 4900 Roxboro Street in Durham, authorities said.
Posted — UpdatedDURHAM, N.C. — One man was killed Saturday afternoon after a fire at the JFK Towers apartment building on 4900 Roxboro Street in Durham, authorities said.
Authorities said the fire was sustained to one unit on the third floor of the building, and about 40 other units suffered water damage.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing. No further information has been released.
