With early voting in full swing in North Carolina, El Pueblo has recruited phone bankers whose primary goal will be to reach out to roughly 60,000 voters who identify as Latinx in Wake County. The nonpartisan organization will also join with NALEO Educational Fund to run an Election Day Hotline, as well as conduct poll monitoring on Nov. 8.

"North Carolina’s population of Latinx registered voters is currently at a record number, and now more than ever they have the opportunity to make their voices heard," says Iliana Santillan, community organizer for El Pueblo.
