Dr. Stephanie Eissens has been practicing family dentistry in North Carolina since 2007, serving families, children and young professionals across the Triangle.

Dr. Eissens realized her passion for healthcare on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic while attending college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In that same timeframe, her older brother had just been accepted to UNC’s dental school and introduced her to the field of dentistry. Stephanie followed her older brothers path and graduated with honors from UNC’s School of Dentistry.

Eissens Dentistry is located in Morrisville, NC, and serves patients in Morrisville, RTP, Cary, Durham and Raleigh. She provides patients with a breadth of specialty services, and can assist with many of your dental health care needs. Services at Eissens Dentistry include crowns, implants, root canal therapy and emergency dental services. This could include anything from a persistent toothache, permanent or baby tooth knocked out, or fractured or chipped teeth.

Dr. Eissens can assist with both routine teeth cleanings and teeth whitening, to help combat outside factors that might cause your smile to lose its brightness. In as little as one or two trips, Dr. Eissens can help restore shine to your teeth without any dangerous chemicals.

In addition to family dentistry, Eissens Dentistry can treat patients with cosmetic and emergency procedures. She has completed the DOCS sedation course, and can assist when a patient’s anxiety toward the dentist to make it a more comfortable experience. Basic forms of sedation can help make a nervous patient more at ease during a complex procedure, and the side effects from the sedation itself can wear off in as little as a few hours.

Dr. Eissens is also a certified Invisalign provider, meaning that she and her team can assist with crooked teeth or an overbite, without the hassle or the aesthetic of metal braces. Patients who choose Invisalign will get multiple sets of trays, wearing each for approximately two weeks over a period of time. These trays are easy to remove, unlike traditional metal braces.

As a way to give back to the community, Dr. Eissens is involved with many outreach programs, including Give Kids a Smile and Missions of Mercy.
