PR ~ great ideas on how to use up the extra eggs. Ill be honest im not an egg person and hubby only eats them if i cook them for him so a dozen will last about 2 months at my house (if not more). The only reason i purchased 2 today is bc i have my sister niece and nephew coming in tonight and i wanted to dye eggs with them tomorrow and make my "christmas breakfast casserole" which uses a dozen eggs itself. Oh well, ya live and ya learn LOL....shame on me :)

PR is correct - no coupon required for this egg sale. Here is the link to the ad for next week that they send via e-mail every Friday afternoon if you want to see it yourself. I am working on the match-ups now.

I have to say, this is great timing (although we knew Easter would bring out those sales) - I'm down to my last two dozen from the last Walgreens sale!

Yes, no coupon required, as least all their prior egg specials were that way. You'll know for sure on Sunday when you see the ad :)

Raesmom - for shame on you LOL You do know you can buy several dozen (whatever you have room for in the fridge) and if you find you can't use them all within weeks after expiration (I often use eggs a month or longer past expiration and have yet to come across a bad egg!) you can scramble and cook and then freeze for future breakfast?? Or scramble them up, throw in some cooked crumbled sausage or what you like, grated cheese and make tortilla wraps, then freeze those for quick breakfast or whatever. Microwave 1 minute per wrap and you have a healthy quick meal!

Faye, don't forget about the $.55/2 egg coupon that came out last week...not sure if it is still available.

can you just walk in and buy the eggs?
