WAKE COUNTY — Byran has the coolest sounding voice... I like the way he drags out his words. He's so polite and proper when performing his job, but the people he serves papers to are C-R-A-Z-Y. It's hilarious watching him deal with the loonies.
He is on a show called "All Worked Up" (truTV), which also features the guys from "Lizard Lick Towing (from NC)".
