Durham to reopen county offices after water main break

Durham, N.C. — The Durham County Administrative Complex, which closed Tuesday due to a water main break, will reopen Wednesday morning, officials said.
The Administrative Complex had to close because buildings were without running water or operable restrooms. The closure included offices for the register of deeds, tax administration and county manager and attorney, among other departments.
The break was discovered at midnight, and water and sewer crews repaired the water main by 4 p.m. Tuesday.
