"Durham police had issued a missing persons report for Breanna last Friday, saying that it was unusual for her to disappear without being in contact with family."

Obviously not THAT unusual. Blessed she's ok though.

BUT, I would think WRAL could get to the bottom of this if they wanted to.But why? Why do you feel like you are entitled to know? If it was your child, would you feel obligated to tell the media your personal business?

Thankful she is safe and that is all WE need to know!

I understand she is a minor, BUT, I would think WRAL could get to the bottom of this if they wanted to.

They generally don't say where the missing people were found. Probably because it's none of our business. I am pretty sure if WRAL had been informed of where she had been, they would have reported it. I think this sort of story is a follow up to a missing person's report, so people know they don't need to keep an eye out for that person anymore.

Maybe they weren't told. Maybe they asked and her family wouldn't say. Maybe it was something terrible and it should remain none of our business

She's home & safe and that is all that matters to anyone outside the police and her family. Not sure why everyone thinks they deserve the answers.

So, where was she? I'm happy she was found and is safe, but, WRAL is doing it's "typically" inept job of reporting.
