Durham Social Security office evacuated

— A Social Security office in Durham was evacuated briefly Wednesday after employees there discovered a suspicious document.

Employees and clients at the Tower Boulevard office were asked to leave the building just after noon while police and hazmat personnel investigated. They found nothing amiss, and allowed people back into the building, police said.

    Maybe the social security office has guilty feeling and thinks they should be targeted because the horrible service they provide. Did any of you try to contact the social security office??

    Darn that suspicious piece of paper!!! Everyone, evacuate quickly!!! Really, is there more information? Why was the document suspicious? This makes them sound paranoid and crazy.
