— Durham police are searching for a man who allegedly stole cash from a convenience store last month.

Officers said the man entered the Lowes Grove BP, 2317 N.C. 54, shortly after 9 a.m. on June 28 and took cash from the business. He fled in a blue car.

The suspect was described as a black man, between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-9. He was wearing a white chef’s style coat and a silver wristwatch on his left arm.

Anyone with information about the man should call police at 919-560-4415, extension 29311 or Crime Stoppers at 919-683-1200.

Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases and callers never have to identify themselves.

I would like to see the "Wunderful" community of DerHam put 2 straight weeks together without a murder, rape or gang shooting. Won't happen.

Really... shouldn't Durham fix their own problems before telling Wake County and Arizona what to do? Like they are the perfect community. Geeze. Armpit of the triangle.
