Police released images of a man who appears to be white with a fair complexion, short, brown hair and a medium build, wearing a dark T-shirt.
He is suspected of using a cinder block to damage a door at a building under construction at City Hall Plaza sometime between July 10 and 13.
Anyone with information about the suspect or the crime is asked to call Durham police at 919-560-4935, extension 29416 or Crime Stoppers at 919-683-1200. Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases and callers never have to identify themselves.
