Durham police chase, capture sex charge suspect

— Authorities on Monday arrested a 21-year-old man wanted on several sexual charges involving minors. 

David Cartez McMillan, of Woodmont Drive, is charged with committing crimes against nature, first-degree sexual offense with a minor and taking indecent liberties with a minor. 

Members of the U.S. Marshals Service Joint Fugitive Task Force apprehended him Monday on Fiske Street after a brief foot chase.

    He will be out in less than 5 years. Prison overcrowding, less money to run prisons, more lax laws, are allowing violent prisoners to go free, long before the end of their supposed "sentence".
