Actually the way the car was described it is not the first time that it had been in a crash with the front end. Are there any more hit and runs out there unsolved? ummm.......

    "Drivers hate cyclists"

Now why would some one say that? Well unless they've been stuck behind a critical mass ride in durham. But that should certainly not cause some one to hate, it should instead teach us to tolerance for selfish ignorance.

Drivers hate cyclists, and this child pays the price. I hope the driver is caught.

I think it so often has to to with drinking and driving, lack of a license and insurance, or just plain fear of fault. But concern for others must be more important than worrying about penalties no matter how sever they might be these days. What if this child is permanently disabled because they didn't get critical medical attention as soon as possible because the driver drove off instead of calling for medical help.

I will never understand how a person can hit someone and keep driving as if nothing happened...

How could someone hit a child then drive off? Please send this child a Prayer for his recovery.
