Durham police are trying to figure out what happened to a man who arrived at Durham Regional Hospital Saturday night with a gunshot wound to the head.

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are trying to figure out what happened to a man who arrived at Durham Regional Hospital Saturday night with a gunshot wound to the head.

Doctors called police just before midnight to report that friends had dropped of Carlos Noe Parada Rivas.

Rivas died later at the Duke Hospital Trauma Center.
