The 9th circuit Court ruled that due to racial disparities in federal prisons, all federal prisoners will be allowed to vote.....you can thank Van Jones.

    rstcort1,

I'm not wasting my time to try to prove anything to you. The article was put out before the Nov '08 election; I was mistaken when I said last year. I don't know how to search WRAL's archives, nor will I waste my time.

The article was on the website, you can believe whatever you want, it will make no difference to me.

"Great. I do remember an article put out by WRAL last year that said that most convicted felons would vote for Obama. Guess this reaffirms it."

Find me the article and I won't call you a liar.
