Durham man sought in child abuse case arrested

Durham, N.C. — A Durham man wanted in a child abuse case was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Raleigh, police said.
Jesse Antwon Lane, 24, of Windlestraw Drive, was taken into custody by members of two U.S. Marshals Service task forces on Colleton Road.
Lane and his girlfriend, Aamber Wunique Swann, 23, are each charged with felony child abuse causing serious bodily injury and felony child neglect/abuse causing serious physical injury. Swann was arrested Friday and remains jailed under a $750,000 bond.
Their 3-month-old son remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
