"Taking the life of your own blood brother? What is this world coming to?"

Don't you mean, "Where has this world been?"

It praying time. We all should be praying. Taking the life of your own blood brother? What is this world coming to? We need to quickly get the Lord back in our life. My condolences to family and friends. May God continue to be with you all.

I think a lot of comments are being censored by the overly sensitive and PC WRAL staffer who is monitoring this.

Maybe it has in recent years to the knowledge of some, but I lived there back in the 90's and so did my single sister for about 10yrs, and the place was perfectly safe. Management changed in the past years I've heard, and so did the environment. When I lived there they investigated every complaint, and acted quickly with removal of any constantly negative tenants. Time made it worse, and now time will have to make it better.
