Kenneth Tyvon Jones Jr., 23, was taken into custody at 2201 Morehead Ave. by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Joint Fugitive Task Force. He was charged with murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
Officers responding to reports of shots on Lakewood Avenue on Nov. 23 found Quaysean Tymeek Malachi and a second man in Lyon Park with gunshot wounds.
