Trust me, Virgil isn't homeless... He lives about two seconds from the location where this occured. All I have to say is "say no to drugs"!

he ma have done it for 3 squares, a bed and heat.....and if it ruins someones Christmas then your heart is in the wrong place. Christmas is not always about the gifts.

People like this become SO desperate during Christmas time. I don't condone what he did - as Andy says - "he ought not do that." Clearly he should not steal from someone. I feel really bad for the homeless this time of year - they are desperate for love and family connections and probably don't have anything to give - which hurts them, too. Sad on all counts. And no, I'm not a bleeding heart liberal - just know how it feels to be without.

The bond is set at what ever the amount damage is + the value of what was stolen.
Im sure he's glad that he's in jail. Its cold outside.

I always thought Freddy cruised Elm Street, and the Grinch was in Whoville.
