This Rat supposadly lives downtown in Durham and likes to visit the bricks (Projects) for his drugs.
I'v seen him walking /riding bikes in the past few months.
I personaly know he's a Rat,thief, drug abuser & liar he's sick in the head and I would never trust him again around my family or my house and I WOULD LOVE TO TURN HIM IN! Just what he would deserve after what he did to my family 3 years ago I'd turn that rat in a heartbeat over to police.

In a town like Durham, what's so unique about this guy that warrants a story? There are hundreds just like him everyday in Durham. Just look at the Durham County section of the Slammer newspaper any given week and you'll see the problem.
