Officers responded to a BB&T branch at 1107 West N.C. Highway 54 at about 11 a.m. after a man entered the bank and demanded money, police said. The man implied he had a weapon, but no weapon was seen, police said.

The robber fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported.

That is a pretty good picture, he will not be free for long.

See there. A camera did get his face. Someone knows this man. Call the police. Turn him in. If you don't, there is a good chance that he will be killed by someone in law enforcement, when they do catch up with him. If that happens while he is driving, others may also be killed, if a chase were to ensue. The best thing you can do, if you care about this man, is call the police.

The robber is described as a man. I will be sure keep my eyes open for those fitting that description.

Why only a vague description? Banks have cameras. No mask was mentioned so his face is on a camera. Either way, since you reported that there WAS some kind of description, why is that not shared. Awesome reporting as usual WRAL.
