Where does it say this woman in the silver alert is homeless. You can't track the homeless unless they have been arrested.

The story didn't list her as homeless but I'm familiar with Mrs.Ramona thru my line of work. You answered my question tho if that is indeed correct as I know she's had more than a few run ins with the Durham city PD. I just wondered how she could be tracked w/o an address & noone with a consistent enough relationship like a family member or non-homeless "friend." You never truly know where she is but is seen in several different areas regularly and is known by many on the streets and working in establishments in those frequently traveled areas.

I've always wondered how they keep track of homeless who wander certain areas with no real, true, one place they stay? With no family around and only "friends" known are other homeless folks how it's brought to police attention or the "friends" not knowing if the person is truly missing or just on an extended drug/alcohol binge in one of their other frequent squat spots?

Hope they find her safe and indoors. Not a good day to be out wandering around in the cold and drizzle.
