Dump Truck Brings Down Wires, Closes Wake Forest Roads

Posted May 23, 2007

— Police closed the intersection of Heritage Lake, Forestville and Rogers roads on Wednesday morning following an accident involving a dump truck, officials announced.

They said the intersection would be closed for several hours following the 9:11 a.m. accident.

A dump truck with the dump body raised tried to drive through the intersection and pulled down traffic signals and power lines, a spokesman for the town said.

the comment regarding "jose" is very ignorant.
yes, construction mishaps like this do happen more often than you think, and
construction workers are not above the law and do not feel that way-they have to follow very strick laws when operating pieces of equipment.
