Duke Raises $20K for Children's Hospital
The sky was the limit when it came to raising money for Duke Children's Hospital Wednesday.
Posted — UpdatedDURHAM, N.C. — The sky was the limit when it came to raising money for Duke Children's Hospital Wednesday.
Duke University students and administrators, including athletic director Joe Alleva, got a chance to skydive with members of the U.S. Army's Golden Knights.
Each participant was attached to a member of the Knights' parachute team for the tandem jumps from planes 13,500 feet above the campus.
The event was sponsored by Duke Army ROTC.
