What Duke's roster will look like in 2024-25

It's unclear whether freshman Jared McCain, sophomore Kyle Filipowski, sophomore Tyrese Proctor or senior Jeremy Roach will return to Duke for the 2024-25 season. All four players could decide to pursue NBA careers.

However, head coach Jon Scheyer has signed what's considered the best incoming class. It includes Gatorade Player of the Year Cooper Flagg along with five-star recruits Isaiah Evans and Kon Knueppel. Kahaman Maluach, a 7-foot-2 center, has also committed to play for the Blue Devils.

Four-star prospects Patrick Ngongba II and Darren Harris round out Duke's 2024 class.

What UNC's roster will look like in 2024-25

Armando Bacot is out of eligibility along with Cormac Ryan and Paxson Wojcik.

RJ Davis and Harrison Ingram will have to decide whether to return to North Carolina for the 2024-25 season. Both could decide to pursue NBA careers.

Guard Elliot Cadeau, who averaged 7.3 pints and 4.1 assists, should be back for his sophomore season.

On Tuesday, Seth Trimble announced he would enter the transfer portal.

Reserves Jae'Lyn Withers and Jalen Washington have decisions on whether to return next season too.

UNC's 2024 recruiting class includes five-star guard Ian Jackson, five-star wing Drake Powell and 6-foot-9 forward James Brown.
