Dudley man accused of rape now faces flashing charge
A Dudley man charged last week with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old also has been charged with flashing a 14-year-old girl, authorities said Wednesday.

DUDLEY, N.C. — A Dudley man charged last week with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old also has been charged with flashing a 14-year-old girl, authorities said Wednesday.
Norman Joseph Horn, 29, of 100 Verbena Lane, was charged with indecent exposure. Authorities said he was in his back yard and exposed himself to the teen as she walked down the street to her school bus.
Horn has been held in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $1 million bond since his arrest a week ago on a charge of first-degree rape of a child under age 13. Authorities said Horn knows the family of the alleged victim.
