I'm sure you could find the same thing in one out of every three homes in the Rocky Mount city limits.

Gun+drugs=federal charges due to the amount he had in the home. Most likely from a search warrant in which an earlier undercover purchase was made from the home. Maintain dwelling, sell and deliver, etc. and a gun present=5 years minimum sentence under federal guidelines.

So, it is a big deal to him

Oh for real...this is not even worth the time the officers used in suiting up. Go get the real dealers, his sounds like it was personal, I know it's all illegal, but wouldn't we rather use our resources to make BIG bust, that actually amount to something.

So, what is the complete story? Since when did owning a gun become illegal? This sounds pretty petty to me...

Did I miss the part about why they were searching his home to begin with?

  • r u crazy too Sep 29, 2009

They could go to 1/2 the houses in that neighborhood and find that and/or more.

In the time it took them to search his house, 200 drunk drivers took to the road.
