CARY, N.C. — Police are looking for the driver who hit a man on a motorcycle last Monday in Cary.

The man was crossing the intersection of Autumngate Drive and Kildaire Farm Road around 2 p.m. on July 30, when, witnesses told police, that a dark green Honda or Nissan hit him and did not stop.

The car, approximately 5 to 10 years old, continued toward Ten-Ten Road.

The driver, who is wanted on a felony hit-and-run charge, is believed to be a slightly overweight white woman, around 50 years old, with dark or graying shoulder-length hair.

The man was taken to a local hospital for his injuries and later released.
