Driver crashes pickup into wall in Raleigh

Posted May 6, 2013

A driver crashed his pickup truck into a parking lot wall at the Days Inn in Raleigh early Monday, police said.

The 3:30 a.m. crash left the vehicle resting on two wheels, with its undercarriage parallel to the wall at the hotel at 300 Dawson St.

No other vehicles were involved and the driver was not injured in the crash, Raleigh police said. He was identified as Ubel Bravo-Roblero, 25.

Alcohol was suspected to be a factor, and charges were pending against Bravo-Roblero.
