Driver charged in fatal Moore County crash
Bernabe-Bello Mujic, 38, of Biscoe was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving with a revoked license, and a child restraint violation.

According to police, Mujic was traveling on Farm Life School Road when he ran a stop sign and hit a car driven by Jeri Robinson, 48.
Robinson was declared dead at the scene while a male passenger that was in her car was taken to a local hospital for treatment. His current condition is unknown.
Mujic was transported to the Moore County Detention Center where he is being held under $5,000 bond.
According to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, alcohol did not play a factor in the accident.
