CARY, N.C. — After a 15-year stint as spa director for some of the country’s best resort spas and beyond, Amanda Laszacs took the plunge to move her family to the Triangle and open up her own skincare and esthetics business, Natural Esthetics.

Using pure plant-derived skin and body care, the local beauty destination that bills itself as a “natural and organic skincare boutique” offers an extensive esthetic service menu which consists of facial treatments, microblading, lash extensions, waxing and more.

“Our treatments are result-oriented, but they aren’t overly invasive," said Laszacs. "Our microcurrent treatment helps with the tone and firming of the skin, but it does so by stimulating the muscles. We’re not doing that with injections — we’re doing it by working with the body."

The boutique’s offerings are provided by Natural Esthetics’ small but mighty team that works diligently to provide a relaxing atmosphere for guests looking to be pampered and receive high quality treatments and service.

But to Laszacs, Natural Esthetics isn’t just about external beauty -- her non-toxic based treatments are intended to promote overall wellness.

“People are conscientious about what they eat, but what you put on your body is absorbed and does affect you and your cellular makeup," said Laszacs.

Lash extensions, one of the spa’s most popular services, are applied using only vegan and cruelty-free lashes, adhesive and remover. All products sold are curated with strict standards in mind, and many of them contain eco-certified, organic, natural and plant-based ingredients.

The boutique offers an array of clean-based skincare and beauty for purchase, including handmade bath bombs made by the staff at Natural Esthetics as well as Durham based Lo & Behold Naturals, a skin and bodycare brand that’s made in small batches. Appointments can be booked online and by phone.
