<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — The state Department of Transportation will close lanes on Interstate 40 East each night beginning June 7 through June 10 to perform maintenance work on the Harrison Avenue bridge.

The closures will be at mile marker 287.<br />

Weather permitting, the lane closures will begin at 9 p.m. each night and end at 6 a.m. the following morning. At least one lane will remain open at all times.
