KNIGHTDALE, N.C. — A Knightdale Domino’s will deliver fliers in addition to pizza beginning Saturday as the hunt for clues to a store manager’s death stretches into a second week.

A driver returning to the store at 2001 Widewaters Parkway Jan. 9 found assistant manager Kenneth "Kenny" Ring, 24, on the floor and called 911. Police said Ring was attacked in an apparent robbery. He died of his injuries Monday at WakeMed.

Ring’s father, Dan Ring, said the store will distribute more than 5,000 fliers on pizza boxes from its Knightdale and Wendell locations, asking that anyone who might have information about the crime contact police.

Specifically, police want to speak to anyone who was in the area from midnight to 12:39 a.m. on Jan. 9.

"The Knightdale Public Safety Department has received several leads from the public that we are following up on," police Chief Shawn Brown said Friday. "We still want to encourage anyone who may have any information about this incident to call."

Authorities are offering a $15,000 reward for information which leads to a conviction in the case. Anyone with information can call the Knightdale Public Safety Department at 919-217-2261.
