Dog stolen outside downtown Portland cafe
Portland police is asking for the public's help locating a dog that was stolen outside a southwest Portland cafe Wednesday.
Posted — UpdatedPolice said the dog was stolen outside the Good Earth Cafe on Southwest 3rd Avenue.
The dog is Roxy, a 9-year-old black Lab with a gray muzzle and white paws. She weighs 70 pounds and was last seen wearing a black collar with pink rhinestones and a six foot leash.
Police said the suspect is white, unknown gender, and was wearing black clothing with some kind of large, white design on the front.
