Designer Consignors, which has held women's consignment sales in Wake County for the last few years, is branching out into the western Triangle.

The sale's owners, Alice White and Candace Anderson, will be holding an event in Chapel Hill next month. It's 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., June 11 to June 13, at University Mall in Chapel Hill (home to A Southern Season, Kidzu Children's Museum, Glee children's boutique, Red Hen children's consignment shop and more).

The sale will feature clothing, handbags, shoes, accessories and home decor - all from local women who are cleaning out their closets and homes. In fact, some of those women could be going home with some big money after the sale. The top three consignors from the 2015 spring sale in Cary made $3050.95, $1503.60, and $795.90, according to the sale.

It's also a great opportunity to add some new pieces to your own wardrobe. Shoppers can find brand names and labels from Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Coach, Loft, Chico's, Banana Republic, among others, according to the sale.

This sale will host a presale fundraiser and food drive for Urban Ministries. Shoppers can shop before the public from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., June 10, by paying a $10 entrance fee or bringing $10 worth of canned goods. All money and food collected with go directly to Urban Ministries.

Otherwise, it's free to shop at the sale from June 11 to June 13 though shoppers are encouraged to bring canned goods.
