Department Store Employee Charged With Embezzlement
A Hudson Belk employee has been charged with eight-counts of embezzlement.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Hudson Belk employee has been charged with eight-counts of embezzlement.
Bernadette Thompson is accused of stealing more than $2,500 worth of clothing from the store. Police said it happened at the Triangle Town Center location over a four-month period.
Thompson was in jail Saturday.
