Fayetteville, N.C. — The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office said Friday that a 3-year-old girl was found dead in a Fayetteville home.
First Responders were called to a home at 6441 Emu Drive shortly after 10:30 a.m. after the girl's mother found her unresponsive in a bathtub, authorities said.
The girl’s body will be sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy, and deputies were investigating her death.
No other details were released.
