Some highlights for this holiday week ahead:
Tuesday: Head to Smithfield to start the Fourth of July celebration early. The 440th Army Band is performing a free concert at Johnston Community College at 7 p.m.
Wednesday: Daughtry and 3 Doors Down play the Red Hat Amphitheater.
Thursday: Check out our best bets for the 4th and see a complete list of events.
Friday: Tyrese, Ginuwine, and Tank with special guest Fantasia play the Red Hat Amphitheater. Also on this First Friday, Toon and the Real Laww play a free show at the Pour House.
