HONOLULU, HI — Honolulu fire officials say the damage from the high-rise fire at the Marco Polo last month has been estimated to exceed $100 million and is considered to be one of the most destructive fires in Honolulu's recent history.

More than 80 units received damage by fire, heat or smoke. More than 30 of the 80 units are considered to be destroyed. An additional 130 units were damaged by water.
