watchhillgirl - that's too funny! "Paper towel restriction!" LOL

  • watchhillgirl Oct 20, 2013

Thanks Faye, I got the sparkle paper towel deal. I had gotten the other paper towel deal a couple of weeks ago too. Now my husband says I am on paper towel restriction and can't buy anymore for awhile! :-( LOL

    Careless - I agree! It's a great deal!

I plan to do the sparkle deal. I have 2 printables and 1 coupon from the newspaper. You can't beat $2.33 for an 8 pack of paper towels.

Oh shux! Too bad. I was hoping .00 was another way of saying FREE! lol

Hi Megan, With CVS rewards, they print out on a coupon at the end of the transaction. So, you buy the angel soft and sparkle and pay the amount before reward at the register. Then, at the end of the receipt, you will find a coupon for $5 off your next transaction.

One of the many things I love about CVS is that you can then use that $5 Extrabucks reward coupon right away for another transaction or hold on to it until you want to use it . Just make sure you use it before it expires in a few weeks.

As you know, at Rite Aid, they will not let you have access to earned rewards until the day after you have earned the reward, requiring a return trip. CVS does not have that requirement, thankfully.

Be sure to scan your CVS card at the coupon kiosk when you first get to the store to see if you have any store coupons you can use on your purchase. You can couple store and manufacturer's coupons on the same item.

I hope that helps! Let us know how you do!

labs, thanks! The tuna is .99.

    .99 Bumble Bee ?

Thank you for always finding us these awesome deals Faye! I look at your blog daily and look forward to all of your money saving post!!! Now bare with me.. I normally get my drug store deals at rite aid so I'm new to CVS deals. With the angel soft toilet paper and the sparkle paper towels- you buy 3 and get a $5 reward. Is that like rite aid where the $5 will be added to my card and I could just use it towards another shopping trip at a later date? Thank you and everyone else who always answers my questions!! I may have the hang of this eventually!
