Cumberland man flashing more children

Fayetteville police said Wednesday that they have received more reports of a Hispanic man exposing himself to young children.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police said Wednesday that they have received more reports of a Hispanic man exposing himself to young children.

Cumberland County authorities first reported the flasher last week.

Police said the man has been exposing himself while operating a white van and said incidents have been reported in the vicinities of Fort Bragg Road, Pilot Avenue, Hay Street/Oakridge Avenue and Cliffdale Road near the intersection of McPherson Church Road.

Students walking home from school are encouraged to walk in groups, use caution and call 911 if they encounter the man.

People with information about the incidents are asked to call the Fayetteville Police Department at 910-433-1856 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
