Cumberland County man charged with sexually assaulting 14-year-old girl
A 20-year-old Cumberland County man will make a first court appearance Wednesday on charges that he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl.

Shawn Rosario, of 4517 Black Stallion Court in Parkton, is charged with three counts of statutory rape of a minor, three counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor and second-degree kidnapping.
According to investigators, Rosario had sexual relations with the girl in August. The victim told detectives the assaults happened in Rosario's car when it was parked between two vacant homes in her neighborhood.
Rosario was released from the Cumberland County jail on a $60,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday afternoon.
