Cumberland County sheriff's detectives arrested a 22-year-old man Thursday and charged him with taking indecent liberties and second-degree kidnapping of a minor. 

<b>CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C.</b> — Cumberland County sheriff's detectives arrested a 22-year-old man Thursday and charged him with taking indecent liberties and second-degree kidnapping of a minor.

Jason Robert Lujan surrendered to deputies and was jailed under a $15,000 secured bond.

A 15-year-old girl was last seen leaving school on Feb. 23. Deputies said they began canvassing the Crystal Springs community where the girl was later found by investigators walking down a street near the home of Lujan's mother. 

Lujan was expected to make his first court appearance Friday afternoon.
