Cumberland County issues Silver Alert for man missing since Monday
William Crawford Phillips II, 34, of 5740 Longview Drive, is black with short hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue hoodie and blue and white sneakers.

William Crawford Phillips II, 34, of 5740 Longview Drive, is black with short hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue hoodie and blue and white sneakers.
Authorities raised the alarm because Phillips, who has a condition requiring daily medication, has not had his medicine in at least four days. He is believed to be without any money or means to contact his family.
Anyone with information about Phillips is asked to call the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office at 910-323-1500.
