Crews repair water main break in Cary

— Crews have repaired a water main break at Cary Parkway and Waldo Rood Boulevard.

About 70 homes were left without water service after the leak occurred Wednesday evening.

The damaged pipe was repaired in time for the Thursday morning commute.

    Mugu, if you look at the current tax rate base on the wakegov.com web site, you will see that Cary has the lowest tax rate of all the municipalities in Wake County. And it has lowered it's property taxes the most since 2001.

    Or could it be that it has a better managed public works than others?
